Unrouted Privacy Policy
Unrouted collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no advertising and no analytics. Everything the game saves stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
1. Who is responsible
NSML Studio, in Valencia, Spain. Contact e-mail: NSMLStudio@gmail.com.
Write to that address about anything to do with this policy or with the game.
2. What data is collected
None. The application does not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number or any other identifying detail, and does not obtain them by itself. No account is created and nothing needs to be registered in order to play.
The application contains no advertising, no analytics, no measurement tools and no crash reporting, and no third-party component that transmits information. The only external libraries it ships with are the ones that let the game run inside an Android application (Capacitor), and they collect no data.
3. What the game stores on your device
So that a game is worth anything between one session and the next, the app saves information in the device's own local storage. That information never leaves it: it is not sent to any server, to the author, or to anyone else.
- Your settings: language, theme, volume, haptics and accessibility options.
- Your progress through the campaign and the best score for each level and seed.
- The local duel history and the daily challenge attempt.
- In-game coins, tiles, and the characters and themes you have unlocked.
- A name, only if you choose to type one in the settings. It is optional, it can be left empty, and in this version it stays on your device like everything else.
None of it is attached to an identity: it is the games played on that device, with no way to connect them to a person.
4. How to delete it
Two ways, both immediate and final:
- In the game itself, under Settings → Reset progress.
- By uninstalling the application, which takes everything saved with it.
You do not have to ask anyone or wait for a request to be processed, because there is no copy anywhere else.
5. Permissions
The application declares a single permission, INTERNET. In this version the game
makes no network connections at all: it works entirely offline and can be
played from start to finish in aeroplane mode.
It requests no access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage or device identifiers.
6. Sharing a game
The game lets you share a six-character room code so somebody else can play the same maps. Doing so opens your own operating system's share sheet and you choose where that text goes. The application sends nothing by itself, and the code contains no personal data: it is a seed the boards are generated from.
7. Children
Unrouted is not specifically directed at children under 13, and it collects no data from anyone, at any age.
8. Your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Since this application processes no personal data, there is nothing to exercise them over: nothing to look up, correct or delete, because nothing is stored outside your device.
You can still write to the address in section 1 with any question, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Changes to this policy
If the game later gains a feature that does process data — an online leaderboard, for example — this policy will be updated before that feature reaches the application, setting out what is collected, what for and for how long. The date at the top always shows the most recent revision.
